Shipping policy
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. However, if the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped the following day.
We work together with different local partners throughout Europe.
Once a product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel as it makes its way to you.
- Delivery time (from dispatch):
- Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours
- Canary and Balearic Islands: 2–5 days
- Portugal: 24–48 hours
- Rest of Europe: 2–5 days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of GIMADD.
These factors may include: extreme weather conditions, customs delays, delays by transport companies, etc.
